Are you looking for Short term rentals Lucca Italy? From the garden the apartments and our house are entered through 2 separate doors. Each apartment has its own entrance each on different floors reached by an internal staircase. On the other hand, the 3 double rooms with common bathroom are in our house.

The apartments were restructured in 2004 from the old hay barn and the cow stall where Agostino, the earlier owner and farmer who lived here on his own, did his daily work.

The apartments have all necessary kitchen utensils, towels and linen (fresh each week) and hair dryer. When our guests arrive, they will find a few necessities in the kitchen –sugar, salt, coffee, olive oil, tea, vinegar etc.

Ground floor

The apartment comprises entrance, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is ideal for 2 people. Being on the ground floor, it is very easy to reach the garden where there are a number of places to sit and eat your meals. During the summer, when it is hot, this is the apartment which remains coolest. It is equipped with fan, television (not satellite), microwave oven, fridge and hair dryer.

The apartment is on the first floor – previously the threshing floor, and you can still see the typical mandolato brickwork windows, which allowed air to enter to dry the grain. This is the biggest apartment. It has one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a big window which looks over the back garden, and a big wardrobe with a mirror. If needed – an extra bed can be added here. The other bedroom has a chest of drawers with dressing table and mirror and a characteristic provencale style wardrobe. There is a separate, bathroom.

The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs, a double couch bed and 2 arched windows with iron railings which look out over the yard. The kitchen has an electric oven and fridge – and utensils to cook for up to 6 people. The apartment has air conditioning, a television and a hair dryer.

This gracious apartment is in the highest part of the house – the second floor. It has a typical sloping loft roof and the windows face the south – so always see the light of the sun. From the windows of the living room there is a view over our hills towards Monte Serra (917m). The flat comprises kitchen (equipped for 2-4 people), living room with couch bed, bedroom and bathroom. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people and has air conditioning, microwave oven, television, fridge and hair dryer.
